DEI Framework

​The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) supports institutional diversity, equity, inclusion, community​ and belonging efforts.

We accomplish this through leadership, learning and educational development, programming, community partnerships, resources, consultation support and the coordination of Dallas College's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leadership Council and work groups.

The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion focuses its efforts in the following areas:

Institutional and Strategic Initiatives

*LGBTQIA+ stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and other gender identities and sexual orientations not included within the acronym but acknowledged (+), such as, but not limited to, pansexual.
