Dallas College is hosting a special Community Pantry Day at two of our locations on Saturday, Nov. 8. Anyone can stop by and pick up needed groceries, free of charge. Supplies include snacks and meals.

Join CAPS for a mindful moment of meditation on a Monday. CAPS counselor Aubrey Webster will provide 1hr of guided mindfulness meditation.  Workshop will begin with short explanation of mindfulness and end with questions and short discussion.  Join in person or virtually.  Drop in when you can, can come late and leave early if needed.
