This class will provide Students with the opportunity to meet other fellow students while sharing fashion ideas and creating a fun craft. Students will learn more about the concepts of self-care, self-esteem and self-worth. Students will be introduced to characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships.

International students are encouraged to join to share about their concerns and struggles, finding comfort and community within Dallas College.

Brighten someone’s day! During Random Acts of Kindness Week, Dallas College counselors will spread positivity with DC swag and inspirational materials. Look out for kind notes, small gifts, or warm smiles—you never know when kindness will find you!

This psychoeducational workshop explores how creative expression — through art, music, journaling, and movement — supports emotional processing and mental health. Participants discover how everyday creative practices serve as accessible coping tools, with no artistic skill or background required.
