Tools to Thrive workshop series provides practical skills and strategies to enhance productivity and well-being. Resilient and Thriving - explores skills and mindset needed to build resilience and thrive in the face of challenges.

Attendees will walk the track on campus and identify the benefits of walking each day. The track takes about a half hour to complete.

Explore how your relationship with eating impacts your health, discover practical tools to support balance, and connect with resources that help you thrive. This event will feature our friends from the North Texas Food Bank, you won't want to miss out! 

Get a brief overview of the international admissions process at Dallas College for both initial applicants (still need an F-1 visa) and transfer applicants (already have an F-1 visa).
