The Dallas Collaborative for Equitable Development (DCED) is a collaborative effort between partner organizations—– the Real Estate Council Community Fund, Dallas College, LiftFund and Texas Mezzanine Fund—– made possible by an investment from JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Partnership for Raising Opportunity in Neighborhoods. This initiative focuses on housing and real estate development, jobs and wealth creation, and community ownership and leadership development opportunities.
