SEMESTER-BY-SEMESTER MAP FOR FULL-TIME STUDENTS

You must receive a GPA of at least 2.00 on all college-level course work. Students must earn at least 25 percent of the credit hours required for graduation through instruction by one of the seven DCCCD colleges awarding the degree.   • HRPO 2301 – Human Resources Management

  • BMGT 2382 – Cooperative Education-Business Administration and Management, General
  • ENGL 1301 – Composition I This is a (CB 010) Core course. Must earn a grade of “C” or higher.

SEMESTER 2 (Total Hours: 15)

  • MATH 1342 – Elementary Statistical Methods This is a (CB 020) Core course. Must earn a grade of “C” or higher.
  • BUSI 1301 – Business Principles
  • Elective Must take a three (3) hour college-level course in Business, Management or General Education.
  • MRKG 1311 – Principles of Marketing
  • ACCT 2301 – Principles of Financial Accounting.

SEMESTER 3 (Total Hours: 15)

  • ENGL 1302 – Composition II This is a (CB 010) Core course. Must earn a grade of “C” or higher.
  • Elective Must take a three (3) hour college-level course in Business, Management or General Education.
  • ACCT 2302 – Principles of Managerial Accounting
  • ECON 2301 – Principles of Macroeconomics This is a (CB 080) Core course.
  • CHOOSE ONE:
    • SPCH 1311 – Introduction to Speech Communication OR
    • SPCH 1315 – Public Speaking These are (CB 090) Core courses.

Students must enroll in the Columbia College Associate to Bachelor’s (A2B) program before the end of the 2018-19 academic year to lock in the 2018-19 academic catalog. All DCCCD credit transfers to Columbia College as Lower Level Credit. It is best to apply to Columbia College a full semester before you plan to transfer. It will help if you submit a copy of this pathway with your application.
