The Eastfield Harvesters women's soccer team has competed at the highest level, both academically and athletically, in its short 11-year history. In 2015, the team was named the NJCAA District C Runner-up and Dallas Metro Athletic Conference Champions. The program has produced:

- 1 NJCAA Region V Offensive Player of the Year
- 2 NJCAA Region V Goalkeeper of the Year

- 4 NJCAA Region V Honorable Mention Team Selections
- 13 Dallas Metro Athletic Conference 1st Team Players
