Our Advancement & Development Division works to build strong relationships with large employers, small businesses and community stakeholders through a collaborative partnership approach with each organization.

The goals of the division are to:

  • Ensure funding and support to solve workforce problems and remove student barriers.
  • Innovatively advance our partnerships for student success and workforce development.
  • Maximize opportunities to scale and transform the Dallas College partnership network.

Advancement Strategy:

Provides a scalability approach to working with partners for developing and expanding the college reach to support workforce development and student success.

Works to advance the mission, purpose and priorities of Dallas College by actively seeking, securing and sustaining external resources through grant development and compliance maintenance to support student and employee success.

Community Engagement:

Engages with community stakeholders to cultivate their partnership to work with the Dallas College network for program support.
