- Parent and student Social Security Numbers (if applicable)
- Parents and student Alien Registration Numbers (if not a US Citizen)
- Records of untaxed income (if applicable) e.g. SSI; child support
- 2017 tax documents for assistance with the 2019-20 award year verification process
