President Jean Conway presented the College Master Plan to the college community at a forum on April 11.
There was excitement generated by proposals for new buildings and a partnership with the city of Mesquite.
The plan, essentially a wish list for facilities upgrades over the next 20 years, calls for building demolitions, a retail and fine arts center, a tournament-level sports complex, and relocating the college's "front door" to Interstate 30.
Large scale maps of the future plans are on display in the library and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.
