You still have time to register for Summer II classes before the start of the semester tomorrow, but maybe you’re looking for something a bit more flexible.
Did you see what I did there? With the italics? Flexible. Get it? You get it.
Of course, I’m talking about Flex Term classes. So regular summer semester courses are each five weeks. Flex Term classes have flexible start dates, meaning you can select classes based off your availability and your schedule. Let’s go over the basics:
- Flex Term classes are open for registration throughout the entire year and classes start at the beginning of each month.
- Flex Term classes last for various lengths of time. Now you don’t have to commit to a full semester if doing so presents a problem for you.
- Flex Term class meeting schedules vary. You may only meet once a week. You might meet three times a week or your class could meet every day. Choose whatever suits your needs best.
- Flex Term classes may also help you complete your degree faster through more intensive classes.
Searching and registering for Flex Term classes is simple: just go to the
browsable class schedule, select the semester you’re interested in attending during, find the “Flex Term” link in the right column and begin your search.
Regardless of what route you choose to take, good luck for the rest of the summer!
