Develop and offer competency-driven, work-based learning opportunities to train unemployed, underemployed and incumbent workers effectively and efficiently, driven by employer needs.

Provide access to innovative teaching strategies using a wide range of methods to keep pace with sector growth. Training formats will include online, distance and other technology-enabled learning.

Create synergistic relationships in Dallas-Fort Worth and the U.S. to provide targeted opportunities for participants to overcome barriers to success through mentoring, customized career counseling and sector-led training.
