Public institutions have been trained to treat what they own as overhead. We treat it as opportunity. We are building a diversified model that produces resources Dallas College owns and directs toward its highest priorities.

What We Do

Partnerships

We design partnerships with organizations that want to create workforce, community, and business outcomes at scale. We serve as the bridge between Dallas College and the business community, aligning both around a shared purpose and outcome that matters to each.

Ventures

We invest in and accelerate purpose-built ventures that improve educational and economic outcomes for individuals and families. Founders gain access to DCEV's expertise, faculty, and networks, along with guidance on navigating public-sector markets. We look for teams solving problems the College and its community partners know firsthand.

College Assets

We help Dallas College put its campuses, facilities, programs, and expertise to work for the people and places it serves. Through a systemwide approach, we identify where these assets can do more and convene the partners to make it happen. Every effort is measured not only by the revenue potential but by the benefit it brings to students, neighborhoods, and North Texas.
