Through the Industry 4.0 Academy’s relationships with military bases, transitioning military service members can access job opportunities​​ through our pipeline to employers. This can benefit participating employers by increasing the number of available, qualified and capable individuals ready for work in cutting-edge careers. Programs are crafted to meet your specific workforce needs, matching those needs to the skills and abilities of highly motivated service members. The U.S. Department of Defense pays the service member salary and benefits while the service member participates in the Industry 4.0 Academy through the DoD SkillBridge program during their final 180 days of service.
