Join CAPS for a mindful moment of meditation on a Monday. CAPS counselor Aubrey Webster will provide an hour of guided mindfulness meditation. The workshop will begin with a short explanation of mindfulness and end with questions and a short discussion. Join in person or virtually.

Flying High with Dallas College
On June 18, Geoff Tchon and 13 classmates became the first-ever graduates of the Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT) program. At least nine graduates secured employment before crossing the stage, highlighting the region's urgent need for skilled aviation talent.
Mountain View Men's Soccer Releases Schedule
Dallas College Mountain View men's soccer team will open the season Aug. 21 at Lamar (Colorado) College. The Lions will finish the season-opening weekend with a second road game at Seward Community College in Liberal, Kansas.

Dallas College Cedar Valley's volleyball team will open the season Aug. 21 at the Western Texas College Fall Classic. The Suns will play four matches over the two-day, season-opening tournament in Snyder, Texas.
