Media relations efforts include:

  • placement of collegewide news
  • chancellor’s activities
  • service as liaison for news between the campuses of Dallas College and area news media representatives in newspaper, radio and print
  • crisis communications
  • collegewide source of public information for reporters and editors.

Media relations also provides writing and editing expertise for other areas in marketing and communications, governmental relations and the chancellor’s office, as well as the source for several newsletters and publications.

Dallas College Selects HKS to Lead Design of New Health Sciences Center for Excellence in the Medical District

Dallas College has selected Dallas-based HKS as the lead architect and engineering firm for its new Health Sciences Center for Excellence, a major investment in the future of health care education and workforce training in the region. Dallas College Joins Citywide Celebration of Creativity During Arts Month

The Dallas College School of Creative Arts, Entertainment and Design is joining the city of Dallas in celebrating the power of creativity during Dallas Arts Month this April.
