Carol Holmes is a dedicated real estate professional and educator who thrives on helping students connect classroom learning with real-world application. Her work is driven by a belief that education should empower students to enter the workforce with confidence. 

Holmes currently serves as a full-time faculty member at Dallas College, where she designs and delivers real estate courses that prepare students for career success. Beyond the classroom, she mentors students, supports their professional development and collaborates with colleagues to strengthen industry partnerships that enhance learning and open doors to opportunity. 

Her journey into real estate was sparked by two influential figures — her husband and a trusted mentor — whose encouragement gave her the courage to take bold risks. That leap became the foundation for her most meaningful achievements and continues to inspire her to grow, serve and lead with purpose. 

When she’s not shaping future real estate professionals, Holmes enjoys gardening, writing, reading and singing. She looks forward to sharing her story — including both the challenges and triumphs — to help others see what’s possible when passion meets purpose.
