Shaneika Nelson Frazier

Shaneika Nelson Frazier is a passionate leader focused on building authentic connections that create lasting impact. With more than a decade of experience in community engagement and workforce innovation, she specializes in designing initiatives that empower stakeholders and strengthen community ecosystems. 

Frazier serves as director of Community Relations and Solutions at Dallas College, where she leads strategic initiatives that advance collegewide priorities through partner development, program design and capacity-building efforts. 

Frazier credits her mentors and family for shaping her approach to leadership. They taught her the value of perseverance, faith and advocacy — lessons that guide her commitment to service and integrity. 

When she’s not cultivating strong partnerships, Frazier enjoys activities that allow her to recharge and stay creative such as exploring local community events, reading books on leadership and personal growth and spending time in fellowship with faith-based individuals. She looks forward to inspiring others to lead with purpose and turn vision into action.
