The Supervisor Certificate Program

The fast-track Supervisor Certificate program lets you earn college credit by demonstrating competencies from previous work experience and through online learning. The Supervisor Certificate is part of the Management program.

The Degree Plan

You'll take six online courses, including cooperative work experience which enables you to earn college credit for your current on-the-job experience. This is called Competency Based Learning, which allows adult learners to minimize class time. If you choose to go further in the Management program, this certificate and the credits earned will fully apply to the Management A.A.S. degree.

Our program does not guarantee you'll become a supervisor. But it can increase your chances by developing skills in supervision, problem-solving, decision making, business principles and human resources management.
