Requesting Your Transcript From Dallas College
Transcripts are available to all Dallas College students and alumni who have taken courses for credit.
If you are a Continuing Education (CE) student, please follow the instructions for requesting a CE transcript or visit the Admissions Office at your campus for more information or assistance.
How to Request Your Transcript
Electronic Transcripts
Electronic transcript requests are currently being processed through our Electronic Transcript Request Form. Please complete the form to request your official Dallas College transcript.
Paper Transcripts via Parchment
You can request a paper transcript through Parchment (paper transcripts are $5). If you are on campus, you can visit the designated computer kiosk at your campus Admissions/Registrar's Office.
Important Information About Transcript Requests
- You can visit the Admissions/Registrar’s Office at any Dallas College campus to request a paper or electronic transcript. A photo ID is required.
- We do not accept phone requests for transcripts.
- By state law, all students must select a program of study. You must choose a program by the time you complete 45 credit hours, or you will not be eligible for an official transcript.
