* Per Dallas College policy, employees wishing to use Dallas College facilities for personal or community use will be required to use the external room reservations process unless the event is co-sponsored (hosted) by the college.

Complete the Dallas College External Room Reservation Questionnaire to determine whether we can accommodate your request.

If we are able to accommodate your request, someone will get back to you with fees (if necessary) and required documents within 48 hours during regular business hours.
Dallas College policies must be observed in all cases.
