Room Rentals and Reservations

Dallas College welcomes our community to our campuses and centers throughout the region.

We offer our facilities for use by members of the community for meetings, events, or programs. Please review the information below to request rental of our facilities.

Please Note: All campuses are closed on Sundays.

External Reservations for Community Members

Questions regarding your event, please email our reservations team for external reservations at Reservations@DallasCollege.edu​.

Please submit your request at least four weeks prior to the proposed event start date and note that your request will be processed in the order it was received. Once received, someone from our reservations team will contact you within 5 business days. Dallas College policies must be observed in all cases.

Internal Reservations for Dallas College Employees *

* Per Dallas College policy, employees wishing to use Dallas College facilities for personal or community use will be required to use the external room reservations process unless the event is co-sponsored (hosted) by the college.

Reservations for Dallas College, and college co-sponsored events, should be submitted through 25Live Scheduling.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

An internal event is an event being submitted by a Dallas College employee for the purpose of serving Dallas College students.

An external event is an event held by a community member or Dallas College employee who wishes to use the facility for personal use.

Per Dallas College policy, employees wishing to use Dallas College facilities for personal or community use will be required to use the external room reservations process unless the event is co-sponsored (hosted) by the college.

All Dallas College campuses are closed on Sundays. Rental space is available Mondays through Saturdays.

Please submit your request at least four weeks prior to the proposed event start date. Events will be processed in the order it was received. Once your request is submitted, someone from the reservations team will contact you within 5 business days.

To rent space at Dallas College to host your event, the following documents are required:
  • A Certificate of Insurance (Liability Insurance with coverage of a minimum of $1 million dollars with Dallas College listed as an additional insured and use 4343 I-30 Frontage Rd, Mesquite, TX 75150 for the address)
  • A Copy of your non‐profit tax-exempt determination letter or certificate, if applicable, depending on the status of your organization.
  • Please complete the attached W-9 form.
  • A Facilities Use Agreement

All documents, including a fully signed contract are required 7 days prior to event day.

A nominal fee may be associated with space rental at Dallas College. Fees are determined based on event type and size.
