26, 2019) Dallas, TX – El Centro College is partnering up with
one of Dallas’ most popular urban parks—Klyde Warren Park—to provide a special
creative arts class this spring-- Sketching in the Park.

El Centro College art instructor, Danielle
Kimzey, leads participants through the park to sketch urban scenes of downtown
Dallas. Participants should bring a sketchbook and their choice of media. Class
is free and open to all ages.
Danielle Kimzey received a Master of Fine Arts in Painting
from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing from
Southern Methodist University. She has worked as an artist and shown her work
across the U.S.A., France, and Central America. She currently lives in Dallas
and teaches painting and art appreciation at El Centro College. Danielle is
represented by Galleri Urbane Marfa + Dallas.
