The contest is a partnership of the Jensen Project foundation, the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center, and Eastfield College's Bee Aware Team.

- A panel made up of Eastfield advisors/experts, representatives from the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center and the Jensen Project will make final selections from the student nominations. The Jensen Project will have final approval on all winning submissions.
Rules:- Eligible participants: current Eastfield students
- Students participating will be asked to sign a waiver that acknowledges that the material is original, that permission has been granted by anyone featured in the video and that the student owns the copyright to the content.
- Video submissions should be PSA broadcast quality.
- Group submissions should be limited to three students for one video submission.
- Students will also be asked to say yes/no as to whether the Jensen Project can use the video on its website and in other areas such as TV submissions and various speaking engagements. If permission is granted, students will be notified each time the video is used. It will be used for PR purposes only – not for commercial gain
- Students will also be asked to say yes/no as to whether Eastfield College and/or DARCC can use the video on its website and in other areas such as various speaking engagements and promotional events like new student orientation.
