TOEFL Test Preparation Course

Take a prep course for the TOEFL test. Classes are offered year-round in the mornings and evenings.


The TOEFL measures English language proficiency for non-native English speakers who are interested in taking college-level courses. 

This course focuses on listening and speaking preparation for the test. The TOEFL measures the level of English language command for non-native speakers. The course will familiarize the student with timed test taking strategies and is designed to be repeated.

Classes in the series:

Listening/Speaking I      Reading/Writing I

Listening/Speaking II     Reading/Writing II

Prerequisites: 

Students must have the following minimum Accuplacer ESL scores

  • Listening and Speaking  81
  • Reading • 110
  • Writing • 4
  • Grammar • 100

Successful completion of 

  • ESL Level 5A and 5B 
  • or ESOL 0033/ESOL 0043/ESOL 0053/ESOL 0063
