DCCCD Chancellor Joe May and MVC Interim President, Dr. Sharon Davis, together will host an in-depth conversation on what's next for the district and the Mountain View College Family. As all seven colleges of the district work together to create an experience that will better serve our students. This forum will provide an opportunity for Mountain View College to situate where it fits in relation to the district's future plans, and how the hard work of each MVC Family member will result in even more inspiring testimonials of empowering people and transforming communities.

The presentation will highlight:

  • DCCCD Way

  • Dallas Promise Network

  • Student Experience Survey as well as changes to: DART, NTFB, Aunt Bertha, and Pieces Tech

  • Implementation of a student-centric network

  • Integrated master plan

  • Educational plan

Dr. May will stand alongside Dr. Davis in full support as she expands on more college specific topics, allowing faculty, staff and administrators to see how MVC's work aligns with the bigger district picture.

All members of the MVC Family staff are welcome to attend this event on Tuesday, October 16, beginning at 10 a.m. inside room B149.
