Congratulations to Professor Vanessa Mercado-Taylor, the newest El Centro recipient of the 2020 Texas Association of Chicanos in Higher Education (TACHE) Distinguished Community College Faculty Award.
Vanessa will be presented this award at the 45th Annual TACHE conference in February, which takes place at the Houston Marriott - Sugar Land.
The Distinguished Community College Faculty Award recognizes superior levels of professionalism and accomplishment in the areas of teaching, research, or service to Chicano students.
