If you're planning to be in downtown Dallas the morning of Saturday, Oct. 30, to attend class or go to work, please be aware that some buildings in the First Baptist Church complex are scheduled to be demolished that day at about 8:15 a.m.
An area within the streets of Pacific, Harwood, Akard and Ross will be cordoned off for a couple of hours that morning during the actual demolition and early cleanup. There will be some dust in the area immediately afterwards.
