Ready to make 2011 your best year ever? Then register now for DCCCD Spring term credit classes. Your future is in your hands!

If you’re new to college, plan to start the registration process early. You must complete the application, orientation, assessment and advising process before you can register for classes. (Learn more about the admissions process.)

Think Spring!

The weather will still be chilly, but Spring term credit classes begin Tuesday, Jan. 18.

When to Register:

  • Regular registration (open to all students) started Monday, Nov. 22, and ends Monday, Jan. 17 for Spring term classes.

How to Register:

  • Register online (if you are eligible) or
  • Register on campus
Note that dates and times for on-campus registration may vary by college; visit your college’s website for the most current information.

If you are new to DCCCD, we strongly recommend that you register in person at the college you plan to attend so you can get information about course prerequisites, the degrees we offer, the Texas Success Initiative (TSI), tuition and other important topics.

Important Notes About Registration:

  • Are you a new student, or are you on academic probation, suspension or dismissal? Be sure to register for DCCCD classes as soon as possible. For Spring 2011, only continuing students (those who have been registered at DCCCD within the past year) who are in good standing (with a 2.0 or higher) are allowed to register for a class that has already met for the first time.
  • Our offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 17, but online registration will still be available for eligible students.
  • Students with an eConnect login can plan their schedules on eConnect with Plan My Schedule, and all students can browse credit classes or search for credit classes using eConnect.
  • Spring semester credit classes begin Tuesday, Jan. 18. (See the 2010-2011 academic calendar for other important Spring semester dates.)

Have questions about registering? Contact your college’s Admissions/Registrar’s Office. We’ll be glad to help you get ready for your next learning experience.
