The Honeycomb Cupboard Grocery Grant will provide funds for students' food insecurity needs.
Gift cards will be delivered electronically or directly mailed to students, depending on need and circumstance.
Students who meet any of the qualifications may be eligible.
- Live in rural locations
- Have accessibility and/or transportation barriers
- Experienced a shift in income/reduced hours at work due to COVID
- Supporting multiple family members

A staff member in the CEID will review and consult with the student on their food insecurity needs to determine eligibility. The DCCCD Foundation has authorized the use of the Eastfield Food Pantry fund to cover this cost.
