​Requesting Your Transcript From Dallas College

Transcripts are available to all Dallas College students and alumni who have taken courses for credit.

If you are a Continuing Education (CE) student, please follow the instructions for requesting a CE transcript or visit the Admissions Office at your campus for more information or assistance.

How to Request Your Transcript

Electronic Transcripts via GreenLight 

Credit students enrolled in any term may request an electronic transcript through GreenLight. Students will need to register on GreenLight:
  • Go to greenlightlocker.com and click on Register
  • Enter Dallas College as the institution name
  • Enter your Dallas College student ID, date of birth, and last name. This information must match the data shared from Dallas College with GreenLight. 
  • Once your information is verified, GreenLight will allow you to create a username and password to complete registration and claim your locker. Your locker allows you to store and access various documents including transcripts, immunization records, and certificates.
  • If you have issues, click on Contact Us on the GreenLight Locker website and provide the required information. The GreenLight support team will reach out to assist you. 

Paper Transcripts via Parchment 

If your last enrollment date was prior to Fall 2025, you can request a paper transcript through Parchment (paper transcripts are $5).

 

Important Information About Transcript Requests

  • You can visit the Admissions/Registrar’s Office at any Dallas College campus to request a paper or electronic transcript. A photo ID is required.
  • We do not accept phone requests for transcripts.
  • By state law, all students must select a program of study. You must choose a program by the time you complete 45 credit hours, or you will not be eligible for an official transcript.
