Students should contact and schedule appointments with their assigned success coach in Navigate. For immediate assistance with general questions, success coaches are available for in-person and virtual walk-in meetings on a limited basis.

How do I find my assigned success coach?
You can find your assigned success coach in Workday (Click on Academics then Important Contacts) or in Navigate. Log in to Navigate to view your assigned success coach and schedule appointments.
What if I don’t have an assigned success coach?
If you have completed all of your enrollment steps and are ready to register for classes but you don’t have an assigned success coach, email SuccessCoach@DallasCollege.edu.
What if my assigned success coach is unavailable?
Success coaches will be available for general walk-in assistance (in-person or through the Atlas virtual queue) Mon-Thurs. Noon - 5 p.m. and Fri: Noon - 4 p.m. General walk-in support covers course drops and swaps, quick course adds, TSI and resource referrals, general information and quick questions. It does not include degree and transfer planning, academic standing reviews, success plan development, and registration beyond quick course adds.

Recruitment Coach
Our Recruitment and Enrollment Readiness coaches are assigned to students once they have submitted an application. Recruitment coaches assist students throughout the enrollment process. When students complete their enrollment tasks and are ready to register for classes, they are assigned to a Success Coach.
Success Coach
Success coaches connect with students after they have completed their enrollment tasks and are ready to register for classes. Success coaches offer support and guidance from registration through graduation or transfer.
