We help economic development organizations, government entities and community groups recruit, retain and grow employers in their region.

We work directly with employers to understand hiring needs and build training and talent pipelines to meet them.

We help job seekers find a path to in-demand careers — with the option to continue toward a Dallas College credential or degree.

We partner with workforce boards, school districts and community organizations across North Texas to keep our pipeline strong.
