Solicitations issued by Dallas College may be electronically distributed by other parties beyond its knowledge; therefore, it cannot be responsible for ensuring that all interested parties are notified when an addendum is issued in association with any given solicitation. In the event of an addendum, Dallas College will exert its best efforts to notify all interested parties.
