The Culinary, Pastry and Hospitality program at El Centro is located on two campuses in Dallas, Texas and has a more than 40 year history of serving the community by producing highly qualified food and hospitality professionals. Our mission is to train a diverse student body through challenging learning, industry experiences, community involvement and to provide students with the occupational, technological and interpersonal skills that will enable them to compete successfully in the global market. CPH has been running at full capacity for the past 10 years and needs the support of our industry and community stakeholders to continue our path of success and growth.
In recent years, CPH has experienced a significant increase in enrollment demand which has led to an increase in scholarship funds for our students. However, with the Dallas County projection of 2,500 new jobs being added to the food and hospitality industry in the coming year, funds are needed to support our program in many other areas such as skill development and professional training outside our classroom walls.
