Adds a banner to a web page with an option for four images for responsiveness.

The Fullwidth Multiple Images content type is designed to allow flexibility when a campaign page needs specific styling for text embedded in an image.
This content type should only be used for limited paid media campaign pages.
Editors must upload four images that will display depending on the end-user's screen size.
- Large image - 1600x400 (4:1) image from the Media Library.
- Medium - 1200x600 (2:1) image from the Media Library.
- Small - 900x600 (3:2) image from the Media Library.
- Mobile - 450x300 (3:2) image from the Media Library.
The primary images should be the same and the text should remain the same on every size. The alt attribute is pulled from the information stored with the mobile (450x300) sized image.
