Kevin Wortley leads the Dallas College Small Business Launch Pad (SBLP), connecting entrepreneurship education, small-business support, experiential learning and community partnerships to create clearer pathways for students, entrepreneurs and business owners. Before moving into the role, Wortley served Dallas College as a dean, chair and professor, helping develop and lead innovative business and entrepreneurship programs.

Before entering higher education, Wortley spent nearly a decade as a small business owner and multi-unit franchisee.
