Nikka Hershberger leads programming and systems for the SBLP, helping turn its connected ecosystem approach into experiences, processes and tools that make entrepreneurship resources easier to access and navigate. She leads the development of the Embedded Entrepreneur Network (EEN) and plays a central role in data reporting, impact measurement and the systems SBLP uses to understand engagement and demonstrate results.

Hershberger brings experience in business strategy, operations and organizational growth to her work. At Dallas College, she combines that background with a focus on developing practical entrepreneurship experiences and building scalable systems that connect programs, people and opportunities across the broader ecosystem.
