Dallas College veteran students receive transfer college credits for completed military occupation training. In this session, we will help you to determine what your college-transferred equivalency credits are for faster degree coursework completion.

Not all harm is easy to recognize. Many unhealthy relationship dynamics are hidden behind charm, loyalty or concern. This session examines emotional manipulation, gaslighting, trauma bonding and why leaving harmful relationships is often far more complex than it may appear.

Ever wonder what your headquarters would look like? Join Aubrey in CAPS in drawing up your own Inside out world while befriending your emotions, your personality islands, Imagination land, and more!" Description: This is an art therapy workshop focused on self-awareness and self-compassion skills through the lens and lore of the Inside Out movies. Sessions will focus on emotions, personality islands, imagination land, and memory.
