If someone you know — a friend, family member, colleague, student or neighbor — needed help dealing with an intimate partner violence or family violence situation, would you know how to support them?
As part of Dallas College’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month (#DVAM25) programming, Vanessa Baum, director for prevention education at The Family Place, will lead a discussion on trauma-informed practices for reporters and advocates of domestic violence.
