Dallas College, in collaboration with the North Texas FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee, invites students, employees and community members to attend a FIFA Hospitality Certification cultural training session. Get ready to be part of welcoming the world to North Texas!

A 90-minute, in-person training

(Six sessions will be offered at different locations in April and May.)

Why Attend?
- Get an overview of FIFA, participating teams, players and match schedules across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
- Learn about Fan Fest at Fair Park, including main-stage entertainment at Dos Equis Pavilion, live music, interactive activities and opportunities to watch all 104 matches on large screens.
- Gain practical hospitality skills, including cultural awareness, multilingual greetings, international measurement and time conversions and how to assist visitors with travel and local experiences.
- Get access to a comprehensive North Texas Resource Guide featuring attractions, dining, nightlife, transportation, international banking, places of worship, consulates, chambers of commerce and sister cities connected to visiting teams.
- Earn 1.5 Continuing Education Units.
