Dating violence and unhealthy relationships often develop gradually. This interactive session explores how emotional control, manipulation and harmful digital behaviors can cross boundaries through texting, social media and other forms of technology.
Participants will gain:
- A clear understanding of early warning signs of dating violence
- Insight into how digital behaviors can become controlling or harmful
- Tools to distinguish healthy conflict from unhealthy patterns
- Awareness of why individuals may remain in harmful situations
- Knowledge of campus and community support resources
