Artist Talks | Complimentary & Open to the Public

Join us for an evening of artist lectures and showcases highlighting our Dallas College artists in residence at the Hilton Anatole.

Featuring a variety of media and disciplines, the exhibition reunites creative voices shaped by Dallas College and now shaping the wider cultural landscape. The residency gallery transforms a high-traffic corridor of the Hilton Anatole into a space for reflection, celebration, and reconnection.

Sharmeen Uqaili
Sharmeen Uqaili is a Dallas-based artist whose work blends Islamic patterns with contemporary design. Inspired by Persian rugs, Islamic art and architecture, and Sufi traditions, her geometric compositions explore spirituality, cultural heritage, and personal transformation.

Daniela Segovia
Dallas-raised artist Daniela Segovia centers her Mexican heritage in her work, capturing intimate moments through painting, textiles, and screen print. Her practice draws from memory, place, and personal experience, and she has received multiple art scholarships and national recognition for her work.

Come meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments at the ETC Gallery inside the Anatole.

Location: Hilton Anatole, 2201 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX, 75207, ETC Gallery
