Theatre Richland is proud to present a workshop production of A Touch of the Ocean by sophomore student Andrea Ortiz.  A Touch of the Ocean has recently been named one of three Regional Finalists in Original One Act Play by the American College Theatre Festival for Region 6, which includes all of the colleges and universities in New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Texas.  

The play follows the career of a Latina classical pianist as she traverses the world of global competitions and the efforts to secure a livelihood in the Arts in the United States.  The play is rated Mature for language.  It will perform March 12 and 13 at 7:30 PM. Curtain at 7:30 PM. Admission is free.
