The Dallas College Ready, Set, Launch! Career Institute is an immersive career development experience designed to equip students with the skills, confidence, and strategies needed to successfully transition from college to career. This institute focuses on preparing students for today’s workforce by emphasizing career readiness, professional growth, and the development of in-demand, marketable skills.

Through interactive workshops and guided activities, students will explore career pathways, strengthen essential employability skills, and gain practical tools they can immediately apply to internships, jobs, or continued education. The institute supports students at all stages of their career journey—whether they are clarifying career goals, preparing for employment, or seeking to enhance skills aligned with their chosen field.
