Dive into practical workshops, engaging challenges and interactive exhibits that provide a path to a balanced fitness and wellness lifestyle.

Interactive Resource Tables:

Discover resources from community partners and campus departments.

Visit resource tables representing all 8 Dimensions of Wellness to collect stamps toward a free lunch. Earn a bonus stamp by attending a workshop – then redeem it for a limited-edition swag item!

Workshops:

  • 10:30 a.m. - Movement Is Medicine: Explore resistance training and mobility with Health Services and Promotion.
  • 10:30 a.m. - Sexual Health: Expand your knowledge of sexual health and wellness with Healthy Futures of Texas.
  • 11:00 a.m. - 12:20 p.m. - Food for Thought (Room B112): Grab lunch and feed your mind with this lively lunch and Learn workshop from Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). The topic will be about substance use disorder and Recovery by The Magdalen House with guest speakers: Kendall Bose and Kady Younkman. Come curious, leave inspired, and enjoy a complimentary lunch.
