Inspired by Matt Haig's “The Midnight Library, this presentation by Counseling and Psychological Services will explore mental health concepts in a supportive, stigma-free environment.
Participate in activities and discussions focused on recognizing signs of stress and anxiety, practicing mindfulness and coping strategies, and building resilience in everyday life.
You will also be introduced to a range of campus and local mental health resources, empowering you to seek support for yourself or others when needed.
