Inspired by Matt Haig's The Midnight Library, this presentation by the Counseling and Psychological Services will guide participants in exploring mental health concepts in a supportive, stigma-free environment. Activities and discussions will focus on recognizing signs of stress and anxiety, practicing mindfulness and coping strategies, and building resilience in everyday life. Participants will also be introduced to a range of campus and local mental health resources, empowering them to seek support for themselves or others when needed. The session emphasizes practical application, encouraging attendees to leave with actionable tools and a stronger sense of confidence in maintaining their well-being.
