Inspired by Matt Haig's “The Midnight Library,” this interactive workshop introduces participants to the practice of gratitude journaling as a tool for self-reflection, emotional wellness and personal growth.
Through guided journaling exercises and small-group discussions, explore how cultivating gratitude can support self-discovery, curiosity and a deeper awareness of the meaningful aspects of your life.
