Join SPACE at Dallas College Mountain View Campus, in collaboration with CAPS and the Black Student Organization, for an uplifting event that celebrates the connection between mental wellness and nature. Participate in interactive, hands-on activities designed to promote healthy coping skills, explore creative and nature-inspired approaches to self-care, and connect with campus resources dedicated to supporting your well-being. Enjoy free food, prizes, and a welcoming environment where every student is encouraged to relax, recharge, and participate.
