Participate in interactive, hands-on activities designed to promote healthy coping skills, explore creative and nature-inspired approaches to self-care, and connect with campus resources dedicated to supporting your well-being.
Enjoy food, prizes, and a welcoming environment where every student is encouraged to relax, recharge, and participate.
