Part 1: Verify High School Email and Receive New Login ID

If this is the first time signing into your Dallas College account, you should first reference Dual Credit Onboarding Activity 1: Set Up Your Student Account.

• If you are a new dual credit student, start with Set up eConnect/Self-Service Account tutorial (opens in a new tab) to set up your Dallas College account first.
• If you are a continuing dual credit student, you can reset your password (opens in a new tab) if needed.

Dallas College My Sign-Ins allows you to select the methods you use to sign into your account and reset your password.

• You will need your cellphone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) here to log in to your Dallas College My Sign-Ins account.
• Your initial login username will be your Dallas College student ID (for example: e9876543@student.dcccd.edu).

1. Log in to your Dallas College My Sign-Ins account (opens in a new tab).
2. Click “Add sign-in method,” select “Email” and click “Add.”
   
3. Type your current high school email address and click “Next.”
4. Check your high school email account for the “Dallas College account email verification code.”
   
5. Type the verification code and click “Next.”

The Student Account Conversion Form is used to convert your Dallas College Student Login ID from @student.dcccd.edu to @hs.dallascollege.edu. When you submit this form, your account will be converted for use with Rapid ID for MFA. Do not submit this form until you have verified that your Dallas College account has both a phone number and your high school email address listed on your account.

1. Complete your Student Account Conversion Form (opens in a new tab).
   
2. Check your high school email account for “Welcome to Dallas College, RapidID, and your New Login ID.”
   
3. Remember your new login ID and bookmark the RapidID login page.
• Your new login ID is your Dallas College student ID + @hs.DallasCollege.edu (for example: e9876543@hs.DallasCollege.edu).
• Bookmark the RapidID login page.
4. Wait one and a half (1.5) hours for the system to convert your account.
• It will take approximately one and a half (1.5) hours for these changes to take effect.
• After one and a half (1.5) hours, please move on to Part Two to continue setting up your RapidID Pictograph Authentication.
