Dallas College Culinary, Pastry and Hospitality Center

The Dallas College Culinary, Pastry and Hospitality Center represents a transformative expansion of culinary and hospitality education, increasing the program’s instructional and operational footprint from 12,000 to 50,000 square feet—more than four times its previous size. Designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and workforce development, the state-of-the-art facility features 10 additional teaching kitchens, a fully operational restaurant, dedicated event space, six classrooms, and a comprehensive administrative suite. Beyond providing an enhanced learning environment, the Center serves as a hub for industry engagement, community partnerships, and culinary and hospitality workforce development initiatives, connecting education, business, and the community under one roof.
